It's down only because TPTB (the powers that be) are manipulating the price on the COMEX. And they only sell paper silver. They don't even have any silver. It's a con game to manipulate the price so we the people can't make any profit. But the time is coming, very soon, when their ponzi scheme will be over. Then silver price will skyrocket.
