Silver is a long term investment for me but so many people seem to think that silver is a bargain at any price because of its long term value but I value silver at what the price is now so I am always looking to buy it as cheap as possible. I don't think buying a 1oz coin for $30 (if I can time it will to get the same coin at -$25) is good value just because I feel it will be $100+ in the future. That's a good argument in the long term but as it stands fiat currency has value so timing your purchases is wise as ultimately it leads to more oz for your currency.
